Short but interesting (first half) chapter. Most of the plot is probably self explanatory, but we do see confirmation that this ‘Capture Rayquaza Project’ set up by the Pokemon Association years ago was funded by the Berlitz family, while the technology was supplied by Devon as well as Greater Mauville Holdings. One of the artifacts was a burnt garment with the Draconids symbols. Norman also located the footage of Rayquaza’s capture, which occurred on Route 47’s Embedded Tower. Apparently they have this device the nicknamed the 'Flower’ which is powered up by Infinite Energy, which could be used to immobilize Rayquaza by zapping away its Life Force, making it easier to capture. Then, amidst the ozone on top of Rayquaza’s head, Ruby spots a human silhouette. Just as the group prepares to fire the 'Flower’, Rayquaza Mega Evolves.

This half chapter actually ties up a few plotholes and fills in some blanks which are not even mentioned in the games actually. Now we know exactly where and how the Pokemon Association captured Rayquaza years ago, and its presence at the Embedded Tower is a nice reference to HGSS. It seems to imply that when Devon/GreaterMauVilleHoldings were capturing Rayquaza, they injured/killed Aster, which would explain Zinnia’s hatred towards them and their technology.

Because it's only a 12 pages chapter and the next chapter (I think of another 12 pages) will be released on March 22, 2016 so we have 2 short chapters this month

I think that they made 2 parts of this chapter because the book ~ The Art of Pocket Monsters SPECIAL ~ was released this month and the two authors went to some Pokémon Centers in Japan to sign some autographs and they have to work on the next XY chapter (and B2W2 for the next volume) so y didn't have much time. But the next one will be like always (I think ) but for now we have to wait until the official website update
