Zapdos design didn't really thrill me. Maybe a Raikou design would have been good for Zapdos?

As Zapdos is my favourite legendary Pokémon, so it is my favourite legendary bird as well.

I like Zapdos because it is an amazing thunderbird, and I really enjoy its design (that sharp wings are cool!).

If we're talking about how usable they are, then Zapdos. However, my personal favourite is definitely Articuno, it's the most beautiful and graceful out of the three.
