Nintendo New Nintendo 2DS XL Announced, Releases This July

New Nintendo 2DS XL plays all Nintendo 3DS games in 2D. With a large 4.88 inch screen and weighing in at around 260 grams.
New Nintendo 2DS XL includes a C Stick, ZL/ZR Buttons and the Amiibo compatibility.

Well, I actually liked it's design, very simple and smart. BUT, I'm not sure if it worth the buy anymore, as Switch is already a thing and we don't know how much the 3DS family will keep alive.

I mean, it may be a good option for those who are thinking about buy their first 2/3DS, but I can't see it as a "must have it" for those who already have a 2/3DS.

I already have the 3DS and a 2DS so I don't think I'll get this one...
Nintendo has confirmed to be releasing new 3DS IPs and games in 2017 (Picmin, Kirby) so if they have to announce a new console it will be around 2018
